Red, being a Blood, is our light, and it keeps us together. ''It's about being a part of something, helping out your brother when he's hungry or needs a place to sleep. ''This is what it's all about: unity and power,'' said William, 25, as young children looped about on bicycles nearby and laughed in their games. The dots, the men said, are a symbol of brotherhood.
